We take the care to ensure that customers receive superior after-sales service and advice, to make sure that they can be confident in using our products. When it comes to growing plants, whether commercially, on a small scale or at home, it is very important to receive accurate information. Providing the best advice and support is what we strive to do, not only for our customers who operate on a large scale, but also for the individual growers.
We understand that every grower has different needs, which is why we offer bespoke products that we design along with our clients to suit their requirements. As an established company, we use our experience and expertise to aid clients in deciding what products and specifications will best suit their needs. We also work with specialist consultant agronomists to provide technical advice where necessary.
To ensure that our products are of a consistently high quality, our factory in Sri Lanka is run with strict quality control procedures, and is always staffed by supervisors to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the production process.
