I worked as an international HR consultant.<\/p>\n

We manufacture substrates for horticulture, helping growers to produce fresh produce worldwide.<\/p>\n

What do you most look forward to contributing to the business as\u00a0it grows?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Despite the challenges in international trade, I believe there’s always opportunity in adversity. I’m excited to work with the team to stay innovative, not only in product development but also in maintaining our culture and values as a family business – it’s important to stay grounded as you grow.<\/p>\n
