Please could you share your experience prior to Botanicoir?
I worked as an international HR consultant.
How do you describe your job to your friends?
We manufacture substrates for horticulture, helping growers to produce fresh produce worldwide.
What do you most look forward to contributing to the business as it grows?
Despite the challenges in international trade, I believe there’s always opportunity in adversity. I’m excited to work with the team to stay innovative, not only in product development but also in maintaining our culture and values as a family business – it’s important to stay grounded as you grow.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love reading, practicing yoga, and training our new puppy. Additionally, I’m looking forward to getting involved with Botanicoir’s new CSR initiatives in the Sri Lankan community.
