Meet the team: Krzysztof Sak

We’re excited to welcome Krzysztof Sak to the team as our new sales manager for Europe and the Middle East. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Krzysztof is ready to make a significant impact in these key regions. We caught up with him to learn more about his background, vision, and goals.

Here’s a quick Q&A to help you get to know Krzysztof:

Could you describe your historic relationship with Botanicoir and how it’s evolved?

I’ve had a strong relationship with Botanicoir for several years, initially as a customer, where I was impressed by the quality and consistency of their products. Eight years ago, I began selling Botanicoir products in Poland, which further strengthened our partnership. Over time, our collaboration deepened as we recognised shared values, particularly around innovation and customer support. What has been especially key for me is the vision and values of the owners, Sam and Kalum, which align perfectly with my own. This natural progression led to the opportunity to take on a more active role within the company, allowing me to contribute directly to Botanicoir’s growth and success.

What is your day-to-day job going to be at Botanicoir?

My day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our partners receive the best possible service and support. I’ll also be closely involved in working with our team to strategise and drive growth across these regions while continuing to strengthen relationships with distributors and clients.

What are you most excited about regarding the new role?

What excites me most about this role is the chance to work with a talented team at a company that’s at the forefront of innovation in the horticulture industry. I’m particularly excited to help expand our presence in Europe and the Middle East and to contribute to Botanicoir’s long-term vision. Being part of such a dynamic and fast-growing organization is both motivating and inspiring.

Qu'attendez-vous le plus de contribuer à l'entreprise à mesure qu'elle se développe ?

I’m looking forward to bringing my extensive experience in the berry industry to Botanicoir. I believe I can offer valuable insights not only in terms of sales and distribution but also in advising clients on the best practices for crop management. As the business grows, I aim to support this by helping our partners optimise their operations and continue to achieve sustainable success.

Qu'aimez-vous faire en dehors du travail ?

The most important thing for me outside of work is spending time with my family. After that, my biggest passion is riding motorcycles – I love the freedom and adventure it brings. I also enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, and exploring new landscapes. Additionally, I have a genuine interest in learning about different cultivation techniques, which, while related to my work, is something I enjoy in my free time as well.
